1️⃣ Present Simple — المضارع البسيط
نستخدمه مع:
① العادات والروتين
I drink coffee every morning.
أنا أشرب القهوة كل صباح.
She goes to school by bus.
هي تذهب إلى المدرسة بالأتوبيس.
② الحقائق
Water boils at 100°C.
The Earth moves around the Sun.
③ الأشياء الدائمة أو المعتادة
Ahmed lives in Cairo.
My father works in a hospital.
🔹 Form
مع:
I / You / We / They
نستخدم الفعل في المصدر:
They play football.
مع:
He / She / It
القاعدة العامة نضيف s
والخاصة هي es/ies
نضيف es اذا انتهى الفعل ب x,ch, sh, s, ss, o
نحذف y ونضيف ies اذا انتهى الفعل ب y وقبها صوت ساكن
He plays football.
She watches TV.
Ali studies English.

2️⃣ Present Continuous — المضارع المستمر

Form
am / is / are + V-ing
I am studying.
She is working.
They are playing.
نستخدمه مع:
① شيء يحدث الآن
Look! The baby is crying.
I am doing my homework now.
② موقف مؤقت
Ahmed is staying with his uncle this week.
يعني ده وضع مؤقت، مش مكان إقامته الدائم.
③ شيء يتغير أو يتطور
Technology is developing rapidly.
The weather is getting hotter.

⚖️ Present Simple vs Present Continuous

قارن:
I work in Cairo.
دي وظيفتي/وضعي المعتاد.
I am working from home this week.
وضع مؤقت.
She usually wears glasses.
عادة.
She is wearing sunglasses now.
الآن.
Ahmed plays football every Friday.
عادة.
Ahmed is playing football now.
يحدث الآن.

⚠️ Stative Verbs

في أفعال غالبًا لا نستخدمها في Continuous لأنها تصف حالة وليس نشاطًا.
من أشهرها:
know – understand – believe – like – love – hate – want – need – remember – belong
فنقول:
✅ I understand the question.
❌ I am understanding the question.
✅ She wants a new phone.
❌ She is wanting a new phone.
✅ This car belongs to Ahmed.
❌ This car is belonging to Ahmed.
