Learn more idioms and phrasal verbs; don't forget to learn collocations.

2. Take notes while reading:

just reading isn't enough to retain the new vocabulary in your head so that you can remember them later. First I'd like to say, read for fun, then read for learning. Don't take notes the first time you read something. However, after finishing reading, take notes by writing the new vocabulary that you saw in your article. Not only writing them, but using them in your own sentences. Use a dictionary to help you out. I advise you to use Oxford learners dictionary or Cambridge. 4. Subscribe in YouTube channels for learning English :

Like fun? Politics? Blogging? Cooking and food? With topics that covers every interest that you can imagine, there’s an English-speaking podcast or YouTube channel out there for you. If there is a better way to learn English than being   living and studying in an English-speaking country, you would love to know—There’s nothing to hide that English is the most widely-spoken language in the world.  You can select your best learning environment based on hemisphere, weather, or favorite city of yours. So you wouldn’t get a culture shock.

Who is going to encourage you learn the language rather than your friends. Having friends around to keep you moving, and learning together, is the best way to learn English daily. For example, friends on Facebook,Instagram,twitter,linked-in, and other social media platforms. Add friends that are more likely to write posts in English--not your native language. You're making friends because you want to improve your English, right. With friends, you can sing together, write together, read together, and much more than that.

7. Ask many questions:

I must say this. You learn English by asking and practicing. Students that are afraid to ask questions, are less likely to learn faster than those who ask many questions. I,personally, have asked many questions while I was a student. So, it's crucial to learn more by asking suitable questions related to the topic or lesson being given online or in the classroom. Ask questions, and take notes of the answers.

8. Imitate and act like them:

Many of us watch English series and movies, probably, every day. Why not imitating the actors you love! emotions help you remember. By imitating and acting, you link your emotions to whatever you're learning--that is very useful to remember.

9. Sing a song:

In my classes,I ask my students to sing songs with me. We are not the best singers in the world. We are doing this for fun and learning. It's important to keep that in mind. Learning should be a fun process, not something you have to do for an exam.So singing will help you to reduce your accent, and even mastering a new accent. Sing songs with lyrics.

10. Don't let yourself down:

A lot of students have started their way to learn English, but they often stop in the middle of their way. Ask yourself why you started to learn English. As long as you have a goal, you will always try to do your best to learn. Don't listen to those who disappoint you. Keep learning. Thank you for reading this article.
